As part of our commitment to engaging with our customers, today we held our inaugural Customer Round Table event with a selection of customers at our London offices. The event was a unique opportunity to hear the views of industry leaders. The key objectives of the well-composed and comprehensive agenda for the event were as follows:

- Enhance product development
- Networking and Community building
- Drive innovation in Customer Experience
- Customer Advocacy
The session brought together diverse range of customers, including Apax Partners, Altor, AMP, Caledonia, EV Private Equity, IK Investments and Montagu. The round table allowed us to understand the main challenges the customers face in the private equity industry and how they resolve them by using our platform. The diverse and dynamic group of attendees shared insights and advised on actionable and practical methods and mechanisms that have worked well in their companies. The event also provided us with the right platform to present our product road map and seek the private equity leaders’ inputs. The members agreed that the most valuable aspect of the round table was to present and discuss best practices on monitoring, valuation and ESG and to have the opportunity to contribute the future of the product road map.
